As most of you know Tom and Janet have been such a blessing to our community. Without these two, many EMS personnel wouldn't be out in the world making a difference today.

Tom is currently in the hospital having some pretty serious health issues involving his lungs. If you are unfamiliar tom has non-small cell lung cancer and has metastasized to his bones and his liver.

Once again I'm asking that we all rally together to aid Tom and Janet. He is in need of an assist device to help him get from point A to point B as he gets very short of breath and his oxygen saturation drops. Janet has found a scooter that she would love to get for Tom as he will need to limit his standing and activity etc. It will allow him to be able to go to the places he needs and wishes to go (work, camping etc.) It’s $3700. She would like this to be a SURPRISE, although I'm not sure how to spread this on fb without him knowing. If you could please help this deserving family they would greatly appreciate it.
