Hey everyone! This is Alexcia Brown, Vernon’s wife. As some of you know, my husband has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer that has spread to his lungs and lymph nodes. We just learned of all this news shortly after Vernon was rushed to the emergency room on 01/27/23. Since his diagnosis, there has been a roller coaster of emotions for him, myself, and our family and friends. We are staying positive and we are ready to FIGHT. Vernon will start treatment soon at the Cancer Treatment Center of America (City of Hope) in Newnan, GA.
Many of you have already shown an overwhelming amount of love and support for Vernon and for that, I want to say Thank You x100! My husband and I decided to start a GoFundMe to assist us with medical, travel, and any other financial needs we incur as we embark on this unplanned journey.
