Fighting to Stay Afloat After £8,300 in Visa Fees
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Mohamed Rkoch. I'm a hardworking father and husband trying to support my small family during one of the toughest times of our lives.
Recently, I took a bank loan of £3,500 each to cover both my own and my wife’s visa fees, which were required to stay together in the UK legally. On top of that, I used £1,300 of my personal savings to pay for my daughter’s visa. Altogether, I’ve spent £8,300 just on visas to keep my family united, legal, and safe.
Since then, I've been struggling every single month to pay off the loan. After rent, bills, and food, I’m left with almost nothing — and the stress is constant.
What makes it even harder is that I have to skip work sometimes to take my daughter to and from school, because I have no one else to help. My company doesn’t pay me for those hours, so my income drops even more. But I’m a father first — I can't leave her alone.
I’ve done everything I can, but I'm falling behind. I'm not asking for luxury just some support to help cover my basic costs and monthly loan payments while I get through this difficult period.
If you can donate even a small amount, it would mean so much to me and my family. And if you can’t, sharing this message would still help more than you know.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
(Grateful father, trying to keep going for his family)
