Fighting the ol fight

For those that don’t know, my name is Chris. I’m a father and a public servant. As some of you may know I was diagnosed, in January of this year, with traumatic brain injury and have been back and forth to multiple health care providers looking into CTE due to my history brain trauma. I started having seizures, cognitive impairment vision impairment and a laundry list of other symptoms including Vasovagal syncope.

After some time with recovery and different therapies I was able to return to work after about 5 months but now, after only a few months of being in and out of work, due to my conditions, I am now on permanent disability. Unfortunately, on top of my newly developed conditions, I am now dealing with non-small cell lung cancer. This means I’m back to being stuck dealing with my medical expenses and fighting the good ole government for a source of income. 

This fundraiser is being set up to assist with the over $24,000 in medical expenses already accumulated, my upcoming medical expenses, as well as the expenses of supporting my children and my livelihood. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and my family thanks each and every one of you for your support during this difficult stage in life.
