Fighting the Fight for Merle Spears

To know Merle Spears is to know the meaning of an honorable man. A loving father to his daughter and 3 bonus daughters. A supportive husband to be. A friend who will never leave your side. The person that shows up, always. 

Recently, he was diagnosed with kidney failure and has had to start dialysis. Unfortunately, his hospital stay was longer than expected due to complications that led to an ICU stay. His health is very fragile right now, and as a result, he needs dialysis 3-4 times a week moving forward. 

Because of his condition, he will be unable to work. His fiance', Ashley, has now become his primary caregiver, making it difficult to maintain her own job. His kidney issues combined with severe anemia, causes him to fall asleep unexpectedly, making it unsafe for him to go anywhere without assistance.

As we all know, the bills do not stop. Their regular expenses on top of the medical bills are becoming overwhelming. Your support will assist with paying bills, transportation for appointments and any other necessary living expenses during this time. 

This is our time now to show up for him! Any dime or dollar would give this beautiful family some much needed relief.
