Fighting stage IV bladder cancer

My 42yr old husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer in September 2017. After going through chemo for months, he had his bladder, prostate, & all lymph nodes in abdominal region removed April 6th of 2018. We thought we had beat it! Had some complications but still thought it was gone. Until June 20th 2018 when he went in to see dr due to, for what we thought was just nerve pain, and found out that a mass had formed from nothing to a size of a basketball in 6weeks time (since last scan)! We then stayed in hospital until July 18th, when he was discharged home with hospice! Drs are saying he has 2weeks or so...which is the reason I do not want to leave his side! We have a 23 month old son, a 10yr old & 14yr old daughter. Since I have not worked since June 21st...things are very tight and I'm down to my last $10. Need as much help as possible so I can remain by my husband and children's side though this hard time. Thank you in advance!
