Fighting stage 4 ovarian cancer with metastases.

Hello, my name is Kasia, I am 43 years old and I have a wonderful family. My horror began in 2020 and continues to this day. In 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I underwent two surgeries, where the tumor and 15 lymph nodes were removed. After the second surgery, it turned out that this was not the end of surprises, a tumor was detected on the right ovary and a third surgery was planned, which took place on August 25, 2020. After a week, I received the results and heard my diagnosis: "You have stage 3 ovarian cancer"! I was terrified, two different cancers, independent of each other. Unfortunately, after the third surgery, my body developed acute sepsis. Within 8 days, because that was how long I was away from surgery number three, I was put on the operating table again, for the fourth time, and it saved my life. I was in the hospital for five weeks, and I had three weeks to get stronger because I had to start chemotherapy.
The first infusion was in November 2020, two chemotherapy treatments at the same time, one for breast cancer and the other for ovarian cancer. In March 2021, I completed the first, difficult stage of treatment for me. I switched to complementary treatment, chemotherapy in tablets. Everything was going well, I thought I had won life, when in October 2022, a computed tomography scan showed cancer, a recurrence. On March 1, 2023, my second attempt and the start of chemotherapy. In July, a CT scan showed no changes or signs of cancer. My happiness lasted only three months, because in November I received the results of the scan and another recurrence. On February 21, 2024, I started infusions and chemotherapy again, after three months it turned out that the tumor had grown and I was losing. There was a change in oncological treatment, and I underwent radiotherapy, 10 radiation sessions. Then starting more infusions and other chemotherapy.
However, after the fourth infusion, my body was too tired and exhausted and gave up. I ended up in hospital, in great pain. I had a scan done, which was the final nail in my coffin. The tumor grew, but a new one appeared. A biopsy was done to find out if it was metastasis from breast cancer or ovarian cancer. The metastasis turned out to be ovarian cancer and at that point I ran out of options, but there was still some hope. The tumors are inoperable and I have been under palliative care since June 2024. I have been struggling with huge pain on my left side for a month, I take morphine regularly, every 4 hours and every 12 hours. But morphine only brings some relief for a while, but the pain is still with me. Seeing no hope anymore, I have lost faith and feel like I am dying slowly every day. Yesterday, a little light came to me in this dark tunnel, and for two days I have been in contact with the Israel and Barcelona Clinics. I don't know the price for my life, but I know it won't be cheap, and I know I can't afford it. So I am asking with all my heart for your support and help. I want to live for my children and myself.

I get up every day in great pain, and I have to use a wheelchair to move around.
For me, this is the most difficult time of fighting in this five-year war. This fight means being, I fight for time, to get as much of it as possible for my children.
