Fighting stage 4 metastatic lung cancer
Donation protected
My husband, Guy Harris, is a 59 year old army veteran who served 12 years for our great country.
Mr. Harris was diagnosed 18 years ago with Leukemia (CLL). That day, the doctors stated he would have 15 years to live. He has surpassed that time frame by 3 years which we are so grateful for. About 2 months after he was diagnosed with Leukemia, the doctors then came back with a Lupus diagnosis.
On October 9th 2020, we were hit with more devastating news. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer that has metastasized to his spine and lymph nodes in his stomach. The tumor on his spine causes unbearable pain.
As of November 10, 2020, he completed 10 rounds of radiation to shrink the tumor and begun his first day of chemotherapy treatment. We are hoping this will prolong his quality of life.
We all know medical treatment is not cheap. He has enough on his mind dealing with his health and I don’t want him to worry about medical bills. That is why we are here.
My husband can use all the help and support he can get during this hard time. If you are able, please help in anyway you can. The money raised will help with doctors bills, medicines and other related cost for his treatments.
Thanks for reading our story.
