Fighting my eating disorder

I am reaching out for financial help to raise money for treatment. I have never asked for help for myself. I am employed full time and am always helping others. I have been fighting my eating disorder since I was a child. I relapsed with anorexia about 5 years ago, as a result of being diagnosed with cancer which forced significant weight loss. I went to treatment in 2018 and accrued a large amount of medical debt. I am attending inpatient treatment in order to prevent further decline. My health insurance stinks so I am trying to raise enough to cover some of my out of pocket expenses. In addition, I will off payroll in a week and will need to pay my insurance and fees each month ( 798.00 a month) plus my car payment and bills. Eating disorders are not a choice and I am working on achieving recovery.
