I provided information both internally and to the Securities Exchange Commission before Lehman sank like the Titanic.
Ten years later, I am still fighting for Main Street, and luckily, there are some laws that recently went into effect whereby Lehman, as it exists today, (and it does!), can still be held responsible for fraud.
