• “Fighting for Recovery After Brain Surgery & Strokes”

My name is Vinnecia but my family call me boobie, and I’m reaching out in one of the hardest moments of my life. Recently, I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. I went in for surgery to repair it, but during the procedure, doctors discovered a second aneurysm. In the middle of that operation, I suffered multiple strokes.

What was supposed to be a difficult but straightforward recovery has turned into a long, uncertain journey. Every day, I’m working to regain my health and independence, but the reality is that my medical crisis has left me unable to fully support myself. My biggest worry right now is something most of us take for granted: keeping a roof over my head and covering basic living costs while I recover.
