Fighting for Randy
As some may already know, Randy was diagnosed with stage 1 throat cancer. Before starting his treatments, he was only supposed to receive radiation but that took a sharp turn. After his surgery, his doctors told him he must do aggressive chemo and radiation treatments. On Monday October 5th 2020, Randy began the fight. He started his chemo treatments at Cooper hospital. Unfortunately, these treatments are a bit pricey and don’t fall under his insurance.
Randy comes from a big family of ten brothers and sisters. His mom is still alive today and in her 90’s. Randy lives his life care free and doesn’t let the stress of everyday life take advantage of him, that’s one thing I personally admire about him. In his free time he enjoys volleyball, the beach, biking and most importantly working out. He really takes care of his health, body, and mind. That’s what makes it crazy to think it doesn’t matter how healthy you are, cancer doesn’t care. Randy is hoping, during his treatment to be able to work out and bike again.
Any amount of support for Randy is greatly appreciated. More than anything please pray for his family, I’m confident God will support and guide him through this journey.
