RAISING MOMEY FOR A HEART TRANSPLANT.

Noemi has been fighting a very rare cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma, since 2011. (Only 489 people have had this cancer in the last 32 years.) She underwent open heart, radiation and chemotherapy in 2011 and was cancer free for 4 years.

In January 2015 it returned and Noemi went through open heart surgery and increased chemotherapy. After 30 rounds, she finished in July 2015.

All was well and then January 2017, 2 hours before her 40th surprise birthday party, the devastating call came - the sarcoma was back.

The rhabdomyosarcoma is currently in her right ventricle and is inoperable. Chemotherapy was attempted one time. Her body was not able to tolerate the medication. It caused her to be hospitalized and therapy had to be stopped.
Her only hope at this time is a heart transplant.

Numerous major health care facilities have been contacted in the USA. Options have ceased since all are not willing to take a chance with transplant.

Our only option at this time is Patients Without Borders.

Noemi is a RN who continues to work in PACU in order to maintain her insurance. She is the mother of a beautiful 8 year old daughter, Emma. She is loved by her family and friends her in the USA and also in Europe.

All funds for Noemi Bereczky Gebhardt  will be directed to a joint account held by Noemi' s mother, Sidonia  Bereczky.  Sidonia has been a wonderful support and fighter for her daughter. She will continue the see that the funds are directed towards her daughter's ongoing battle.

All we are asking is please help give her a fighting chance. She is too young and too loved. Let her have more time with daughter, family and friends. Any amount is appreciate.
