We do not know what life will give us day by day. I have been waiting for many years to be able to hug my dear father. At the beginning of 2020, i submitted a visa application for my father to visit Sydney, Australia however due to the covid pandemic the process was delayed but last year it was approved. It took a few months to prepare his stay to Australia and everything was practically ready, my daughter and I were looking forward to seeing him after many years and for him to have the opportunity to visit us although that all changed in an instant when he started to begin unwell. My father went to visit the doctor and did many medical tests. The results came three weeks ago, where it stated he has been diagnosed with colon cancer. At the moment, he is hospitalised and will not be permitted to travel and his visa expires soon on May 26th 2023.

My father currently lives alone although he is someone who has always been strong and independent, as his daughter and only relative he has i have been financially supporting him throughout all these years. It is difficult though due to the circumstances to support him from a distant and to express how i am feeling, the only thing i would like is to be with him during this time which is why I would appreciate your help whether it is praying for my father's health, donating what you can or simply sharing this post. All donations will be greatly appreciated and the funds raised will be used to cover his medical treatment expenses.
