Fighting For Life (2nd Go)

Hi. My name is Alyse. I battled Leukemia in 2007 with lots of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Following that treatment I did go into remission for 12 years. As many of you know my husband and father of my children passed away 3 ½ years ago. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined myself lying on an oncology unit hospital bed battling leukemia again after a relapse. I have been in the hospital for two weeks now and know more about the hard road ahead of me. With the new information that I have received about my treatment plan unfortunately leaves me with months of hospitalization ahead. The road ahead includes chemotherapy and leads ultimately to a bone marrow transplant. This will leave me out of work and I am the only provider for my daughter and this entire situation is scaring me to death. I am starting this Go Fund Me to relieve some of the financial strain such as hospital bills, mortgage, etc. and to help me focus solely on my health, healing and getting home to my daughter.
