Liam's NICU Stay

On Wednesday, November 15, Will and Liza gave birth to William (Liam) Wright Bacon IV at 6:44pm 14 weeks early. The arrival of Liam this early was unexpected and as some know, it will be a long road ahead while he he continues to grow in the NICU.
While Will and Liza knew they would be dealing with the stress and lack of quality sleep that any new parents experience, they were not expecting or prepared for the heartache, difficult decisions, and extremely high medical costs associated with baby Liam's dedicated staff of doctors and nurses, medication & labs, and the unknown length of his stay in the NICU. They are overwhelmed by the amount of work Liza will miss while Liam is in the NICU and when he comes home. There is also the additional expense of gas going back and forth to the hospital and getting meals on the go.
When required to make quick and critical decisions about your baby's health, any parent would do what it takes to help their baby despite the incredible costs associated with treatment of this kind, and Will and Liza are doing just that. Please join me in supporting this sweet family of three as they embark on baby Liam's path to gain strength and grow.
