Hello! My name is Gisselle, and I need your help. My son, Joshua, is fighting for his life and his ability to walk again. It all started on November 8, 2023, around 9 pm, when I received a call that shattered my world. A police officer informed me that Joshua had been in a horrific car accident and was being airlifted to a trauma center. In that moment, fear consumed me like never before.
