Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my beloved dog, Helios. He’s been my loyal companion for the past 8 years and 10 months—my family, my best friend, and my source of strength through some of the hardest times of my life.

Recently, Helios was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his leg. The vets have recommended urgent surgery to remove it, followed by additional oncology treatment depending on what they find. The surgery alone is estimated at $6,000, and post-op care and treatment will increase the total.

As someone living alone in the U.S., Helios has been my rock through every challenge. He’s been there for me when no one else was, and now I want to be there for him. I just can’t do it alone.
