Grace Elizabeth Taylor

Gracie was diagnosed with a rare but serious CHD, Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), before she was born. This heart defect requires a series of three open heart surgeries before the age of five. The first procedure, the Norwood, was already pushed back from March 21st to May 2 due to her small size. Unfortunately, Gracie just tested positive for Covid, further delaying her much anticipated first surgery by 4-6 weeks. The Taylor’s are expecting a large amount of medical bills due to their extended stay at the University of Michigan Mott’s Children’s Hospital.
