Hi everyone! We are raising funds to help Aurelia buy the medication Finnegan needs to live. During the first week of April, he was diagnosed with neurological effusive (wet) FIP. The vet gave him a few weeks to live without treatment. She said that all hope isn’t lost, and proceeded to tell us about this wonderful program where we can obtain meds that have a high success rate. FIP no longer needs to be a death sentence, but it’s not cheap. Aurelia is absolutely determined to help her fur baby live a long and healthy life, and is paying for this on her own. We began injections on 4/6, and after just 2 doses, he began to eat and drink small amounts! However, after a week, while we’re still seeing various areas of improvement, we’re also seeing areas of decline. His paralysis and hind leg weakness have progressed, and this means we need to up his dosage.
