Meet Chaos. He's our family's beloved pet, a registered service dog and companion for my wife, Kim who is battling Stage 4 cancer.
On Sunday, Chaos got into something he shouldn't have and swallowed a foreign object that has caused a bowel obstruction.
Without surgery, he will die.
Unfortunately, the surgery is $900. At present all we can raise is $185, and so we need your help. There is more at stake here than Chaos' life. He is my wife's comfort when the pain is too much for me to hold her, reminds her when to take her meds, and keeps her company through the dark times when I cannot.
Please help. Our family has been through so much, and we are stretched so thin with Kim's cancer and other issues that this could well be the straw that breaks us.
