James' Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer: Support and Hope Needed

Dear friends, family, and community,

Today I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, but also with hope... hope that we can come together for someone who truly deserves it.

James, a beloved father of 4, devoted husband, loving son, and friend to everyone, received yet another cancer diagnosis in March 2026. His Ewing Sarcoma has returned with a vengeance since his short remission that only began in July 2025. This is his third cancer diagnosis since 2020.

In 2020, James was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (PH-like ALL) and underwent a stem cell/bone marrow transplant in 2021. After a very rough few years and countless chemo treatments, he went into remission in 2022.
In 2024, he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma and had a kidney removed. He was supposed to undergo 14 rounds of chemo but was not able to complete them due to how hard it was on his body which still had not recovered from his previous cancer. After a few rounds, his scans were clear in July 2025.
Both of these cancers are exceedingly rare in adults with poor prognosis.

Currently, his Ewing Sarcoma is in stage 4 and has spread to his right hip bone, shoulder blade, ribs, around his liver and spine. He is facing daily chemo infusions and possible radiation therapy. His spine has already been compromised and fractured which required a kyphoplasty to prevent complete collapse of his vertebrae. During this procedure, he also had a chest port inserted to prepare for his daily chemo treatments.

Over the last 6 years, James’ health has made it almost impossible to maintain employment. On top of fighting cancer, he has been fighting insurance companies and social security, desperately trying to receive disability and getting push back every turn. Due to her own health battles with Fibromyalgia, Lupus and uncontrolled Epilepsy, his wife Jennifer has also been unable to work. With never-ending bills and years of financial strain, donations are needed now more than ever.

James’ kindness, love, and resilience have touched so many of us in different ways. He has been a positive light, contagious with optimism, and a pilar of strength… even during his darkest hours.

Anyone who knows the DelPierre family knows they have endured what feels like an overwhelming amount of hardship over the last several years. We are asking for your help to ease the financial burden so they can focus on healing and being together.

Your donation will go towards:
- medical bills and expenses
- vehicle related costs, including gas money to be able to go daily chemo infusions and car repair. The family is sharing one vehicle at the moment, trying to juggle numerous medical appointments and the kids getting to work.
- daily living expenses, including rent and groceries

If you are unable to donate, sharing this page would mean the world!

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, good vibes and prayers
