Next year I'll be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Manchester Marathon in memory of my late father who bravely lived with dementia. Watching him face the challenges of this illness was one of the hardest things I've experienced- and it inspired me to do something meaningful to help others affected by it.

Dementia doesn't just take memories, it affects entire families. Through this fundraiser I hope to support Dementia UK who provide care, research and hope for those living with the condition today, and for future generations.
