I have been charged with insolence to White people, being rude to White people under Article 170(2) of the Lithuanian Criminal Code and Public Disorder after an incident where my daughter and I were subject to hostile and racist treatment, harassment, and bullying at a Ski Park in Vilnius. My defense against anti-Black racism and speech criticizing the danger posed by White women's tears are being criminalized.
