Help Glen Fight Stage 4 Stomach Cancer

Glen Rewerts is a man of unwavering faith, a devoted husband, a proud father of four wonderful children, and a passionate disciple-maker, dedicated to guiding young men and women in their walk with Christ. For over 31 years, Glen has served as a leader and a professor in the Business Department at Olivet Nazarene University, playing a key role in helping young Christians grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

In May 2024, Glen was diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach adenocarcinoma. After undergoing chemotherapy and a major surgery to remove a large part of his esophagus and stomach, followed by more chemotherapy, Glen received the hopeful news in November that he was in remission. However, his joy was short-lived as his symptoms returned within a couple months and was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer.

Glen began chemotherapy again on March 3rd, but the focus is now on symptom relief while waiting for new medications to emerge from ongoing research. Unfortunately, his previous treatments caused severe adverse reactions, limiting the effectiveness of traditional chemotherapy options.

With limited treatment choices, Glen is seeking to raise funds for alternative, life-saving treatments at the Hope4Cancer Treatment Center. The funds raised will help cover outstanding medical expenses and support his journey to access cutting-edge treatments that focus on addressing the root causes of his cancer, rebuilding his strength, and improving his quality of life.
