My name is Richard, and I’m currently on Day 19 of a 40-day water fast, which ends June 5th, not just to fight for my life—but to prove that God, discipline, and determination can defy the odds.

In early 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer, which has since returned aggressively. I've already undergone surgery to remove part of my colon, but the cancer came back. Now, it’s pressing against my liver, small intestines, and gallbladder. The pain is real—but so is my fight.
