Hello, my name is Rigo, and I'm fundraising for my future son-in-law Sam. Let me tell you a bit about Sam; he is only 27 years old and is one of the most excellent guys you can ever meet. He lives a simple life, works hard, and respects everyone. He is easy-going, funny, friendly, but most importantly, he loves my daughter and believes in God.

Sadly, Sam was diagnosed with cancer and has had two major surgeries, December 2021 and January 2022. The doctors say it does not look good for him, but we are a people of faith and hope. The next treatment is chemo, and it is scheduled to start in April. We pray and hope that the cancer will never come back again, but the road ahead is long and arduous.

Sam is an excellent golf player and was top-ranked while playing college golf. He is still pretty damn good. Sam and my daughter Taylor are into Cross-Fit and worked out regularly before Sam's surgeries. Sam is slowly getting back into working out as his health permits.

We decided to start a Gofundme because we know people who love Sam and are willing to help financially and hope others will also want to pitch in, even just a tiny amount.

I have never asked for help like this before, but I feel that family and friends will want to help with the expenses of fighting cancer, and they know other people that will be touched by Sam's story and will want to help also.

We stand with Sam, will be by his side no matter what, and will do anything to help him beat cancer and regain his total health.

Sam and Taylor and their 9 month old SJ, are currently in Arizona where Sam is receiving non-traditional treatments. Unfortunately, they are not covered by insurance and medical expenses alone are 30k a month.
