Chet Ottem is an active, energetic 11-year old from Milton, ND. In July, Chet was hospitalized at Mayo Clinic after a short stint with headaches and swift action by physicians found a brain tumor. Surgery successfully removed the tumor, and after a stay in Rochester, Chet was able to return home to finish his summer vacation.

In September, Chet and his family received the difficult news that the tumor was Choroid Plexus Carcinoma; a rare type of brain cancer. Over the next year, Chet will return to Mayo several times for chemo and radiation treatment which will last 5-7 days each time.

Chet is a 6th grader at Langdon Elementary School and loves basketball, football and baseball. He hopes to be back playing with his friends again soon.

Anyone that knows Tony knows he'd never ask for the help which is why we are stepping up to help ease some of the financial burden that is associated with this unfortunate situation. We are kindly asking for donations to help ease the burden of the medical care, travel expenses and any other unknowns as they navigate this long journey ahead.
