Fighting back against MS
Donation protected
I have fought hard against the MS MonSter for the last 8 years. But its weapons are quickly overpowering me. A year ago I was forced to leave my career of 15 years, as an ultrasound technologist, because of my worsening mobility. Now, I feel isolated because it requires too much energy to go out.
To fight back, I will be undergoing Stem cell treatment in Mexico on October 15th, 2018. This is an aggressive chemotherapy treatment, but it's my best option in slowing down the quickening progression of this beast.
My parents, Ila and Rod Macleod, will be traveling with me for my treatment in Mexico. It is reassuring to know that I'll be in good hands so that I can focus on healing
This treatment is costly but money is only a small fraction of what I have lost; my independence, my freedom, my joy of life. This medical treatment brings me a glimmer of hope. Would you consider partnering with me through your prayers and financial support? Together, we can help overcome this beast.
