Hi, I’m Aaron, but many of you will know me as the Astral Infernum.

I’m setting this up because I’m in the middle of holding my employer accountable after they breached my contract while I was on medical leave, and the last few months have been relentless.

I worked full-time for over two years, followed every process properly, and when I was signed off for health reasons, they underpaid me, ignored my formal grievance for over a month, and issued a written warning all while I was still on certified medical leave and actively breaching my contract. There were no proper occupational health checks, no real answers, just contradictory explanations and pressure at a time I was already unwell.

I’ve been dealing with this while also undergoing ongoing medical investigations and trying to keep my head above water. I’ve pushed to resolve this fairly, but I’ve been dismissed and delayed at every step. I’m now preparing to take formal action for constructive dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages.

Right now, I’m stuck on statutory pay and trying to survive, and I’m not the most comfortable when it comes to asking for assistance, but I am truly at my wits end.

Any help towards covering the cost of legal support and basic bills while I get through this would really mean a lot.
