Hi, I’m Amberlee — a hardworking, loving mama, partner, and friend who's always tried to carry the world on my shoulders. But now… I need help carrying some of that weight.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that is attacking my eyes, hair, throat, and bones. It’s scary, painful, and unpredictable. I’m losing hair, my vision is being affected, my bones ache, and my throat is constantly inflamed. Some days, I can barely get out of bed — and for someone like me, who works hard and shows up for others, that’s been devastating.
Because of this condition, I’ve had to take a full month off work — not by choice, but because healing and getting to all these doctors is now my full-time job. I’ve got appointments stacked up, treatments ahead, and lots of questions that only time (and doctors) can answer.
I’ve always been strong and independent, but right now, I need help. I'm asking for support to cover basic bills, groceries, and medical expenses while I focus on stabilizing my health. Every little bit helps — whether it’s $5, $50, or just sharing this with someone who might care.
If you know me, you know I’ve never been one to ask for handouts. But I also know that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness — especially when you’re doing it for your health and your family’s future.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, sharing, donating, or simply sending love. It means the world. Truly.
— Amberlee
