Hi,

My name is Aman Abbas and I am 12 years old.  I am a graduate of ART Excel (a program that teaches leadership skills and stress-reduction techniques through the Art of Living Foundation).  My fellow ART Excel graduates and I want to raise $2000 to help buy face masks and gloves for the health care professionals that are taking care of us during this pandemic.

I recently started an immunity boosting smoothie challenge  with 40  of my ART Excel graduate friends (age 8-12) and their siblings. Each one of them made their own immunity  boosting smoothies and took pictures making and drinking them. We have combined all our 70+ smoothie recipes into a Super Smoothie eBook.

 We will give our super cool smoothie recipe eBook for free to those who donate to our cause.
