I am setting this up for a family in desperate need. They are a wonderful family that have gone through so much over the years but will still warm your hearts and help you with anything they can. I haven’t seen a family go through so much and strive so hard to make it through with their heads up and with so much love for each other. With everything going on with this family they still try to be there for others. Whether it’s you needing someone to talk too, help with something or even a 4am jump on your car. If they can help they try their best NEVER asking for anything in return.
With all that said this time they need help. Their son’s cancer has returned for a 3rd time and he is only 12 years old. He has leukemia and beat it the second time with a bone marrow transplant last year with all hopes it was done with and their son could finally have a normal childhood since he had been fighting this since he was only 6 years old. Unfortunately 12/02/15 his cancer had returned.
It’s very hard to deal with this while having 1 child but having 5 when 2 of them are being seen for leukemia and autism makes it so much harder. The kids are taking this very hard especially their autistic son.
They really are an amazing family. They have been together for 15 years with 5 kids together.
Their kids are 13,12,9,8 and 6
I don’t want to see them crumble. They are trying their best to keep their heads up and be positive but you can see a difference this time. You can see the struggle they are going through with the very real worry of losing their son, paying their bills and expenses for the care of their son and a vehicle that needs repairs which is very stressing when they have to go to a hospital that is almost an hour away multiple times a week and around 4 hours one way to riley children’s hospital hoping their van doesn’t break down even more so during winter.
