Devin is such a smart, fun, & silly little boy. His laugh is just the cutiest thing that you'd ever hear. A little boy who loves to eat, fast learner, interact and play with his cousins, and espeically is loved by all those who surrounds him.

Until recently, he's been in & out of the hospital, not knowing how serious his illness could become. He was, then, diagnosed with a rare disease called Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocystosis (also known as HLH). 

This disease, however, is perhaps a dangerous one, especially in Devin's case. What is currently happening in Devin's immune system: there are certain white blood cells that attacks his other blood cells. With this kind of attack, he has low levels of white blood cells (which are important in his immune system), red blood cells, and so on so forth. At this moment, he's doesn't have the energy to provide his energeic spirit and his little laugh. 

In order to help Devin feel better, he would need a transplant that includes a healthy bone marrow cells from a donor to replace his. Due to the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, that he's currently in, they aren't specialize in these kind of cases that Devin has. Doctors recommend him and his parents to transfer Devin to Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio for this procedure to happen. 

So, the purpose of this fund goes towards to his parents, Leng Xiong and Mai Lee Khang, and especially, their son, Devin C. Xiong, for their transfer, flight tickets, food, hospital expenses (anything that their insurance may not be able to cover), etc. during their stay in Ohio. We're not entirely sure how long this stay would be but we want to help ease some stress on the little family.
