Hello , my name is Emmanuel Sucuqui (Sucookie)  This is a brief recap of my journey of these last months which have completely changed by life . In July I was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. I have always been independent I have carried on for myself and family helping my parents pay rent and bills. At this moment I am laying in a hospital bed. I can not work at the moment and have no money left . I have never been one to ask for handouts, on the contrary I always tried to help those around me , but at this moment I need your help. You may or may not know me personally , but today I am reaching out to you for help. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated. I also would like for you to keep me in your prayers as it is physical and emotionally draining. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  TBH!!! 
Doctors have no idea where it all started from. My case is rare that most patient that come in with stomach cancer are 60 years old and up. Some many questions run through my mind "Why me? why now? Why not later?" But I thank God for another day, another breathe that I take, another day to see the sun rise up and go down. I have faith and I declare that I will overcome this obstacle! I leave everything on God's hands. Don't feel sorry or pity for me but give me another reason to smile, laugh and hope. Just keep my family and myself in your prayers in these difficult times. I know I will break on through! Don't forget to appreciate your health and state you are in. Life is not waiting for the storm to pass, but go out and play in the rain! Thank God for everything never, never, never forget you are loved.
