My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and it has spread to her liver. She had surgery to remove the tumor from her colon and will start chemo in two weeks to try and shrink the tumor in her liver.
If the chemo shrinks it (which we BELIEVE it will ) she will then go to Mayo to have another surgery on her liver to remove the tumor.
My mom has always been my best friend and is one of the kindest people I know. On the outside she is strong and "Fighting to be Fine" but on the inside I know she is scared and hurting.
She has so many people praying, helping and loving her and I sincerely thank you for being supportive of her during this time.
