It is with sad news to say that my uncle (Joe Henwood) was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Unfortunately it has spread to the lymph nodes, adrenal gland, and now the brain. He began his chemotherapy today and will undergo radiation within the next few days and all his treatment is palliative care. With all of this happening, it will be a financial burden on my aunt and cousin who will be there with him throughout his treatments. My cousin had to quit her second job and my aunt will be taking time off of work. The cancer is aggressive and we're not sure how long this financial burden will continue.
