Clyde’s Fight for Life

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read more about Clyde.
Clyde was the fattest kitten that his mother, Chocolate gave birth to. I instantly fell in love, my mum let me keep him and his sister Bonnie, and we have been inseparable ever since.
(My apologies, I forgot, Chocolate is also part of our family, my beloved mother saved her when she was young)
It’s just me and the 3 of them and I’ve worked super hard to give all 3 the best life possible. We recently moved so they could have a garden and their own outside space to play and relax.
Last year just before the move Clyde scared me by becoming ill suddenly, thankfully after removing all his teeth, he has been back to his old cheeky self.
Which brings me to today, Clyde again took a turn for the worse and I witnessed Clyde have a seizure last week.
It turns out Clyde is super strong and had a very large brain tumour compressing his brain, which has been growing slowly for years with no signs. At this point it’s too big and has to be removed.
Clyde’s surgery was life saving and would mean without complications he could live the rest of his life peacefully. Sadly to add to this, Clyde is also battling stomach ulcers from the steroid medication needed for his brain.
At the moment my beautiful, full of energy boy is dull, not eating and feeling very sorry for himself.
The vets are working hard to ensure he is comfortable and stable and can make a full recovery.
At this moment with Clyde’s costs ever increasing, I ask if you could help towards the final bill.
This would mean we wouldn’t have to worry about Clyde’s financial costs and he can have the best care until he comes home.
I am saving where I can and only ask if you have a little left over at the end of the month you consider passing this on to Clyde.
I thank you again for taking the time to read about Clyde, any and all support is greatly appreciated.
Warmest,
Nisha xo
