Fight transgender madness in the education system

I was dismissed from New College Swindon for not referring to a female as a male.
I had raised two safeguarding referrals. One about my student and the other about a transactivist teacher who boasted about how many transgender students she had directly supported.
I was accused of transphobia for this and subsequently dismissed. The College referred me to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for causing "emotional harm to a transitioning child" and not believing a child can transition.
On the 19th December 2023, the day the transgender guidance for schools was finally published, the DBS sent me a letter to confirm they would uphold the New College Swindon's safeguarding accusation against me and so bar me from children's workforce. This puts me on a par with people like the Soham murderer, Ian Huntley.
I took my case to the Bristol Employment Tribunal on the 18th March and had to litigate in person because my Union (NEU) and insurance company withdrew support because it went against the transgender policies.
I lost my case because I was on the CBL and because, according to the Equality Act, not referring to a person with the incorrect pronouns was harassment.
I am now taking my case to the Employment Appeals Tribunal, and I am represented by Gordon Davis of DL Law with Dr. Anna Loutfi as the barrister.
The preliminary hearing is on the 29th May 2025.
I am also appealing the decision of the DBS to put me on the Children’s Barred List through the Upper Tribunal. This appeal started on the 8th January 2024 and is still ongoing, having been delayed by the actions of the DBS.
This is a catastrophic abuse of state power. The DBS as a government agency is using taxpayer funds to fight indefinitely for the right of schools to indoctrinate children into the transgender cult and to ignore the safeguarding consequences of doing so.
I believe those adults who have driven this terrible movement need to be held accoutable for the harm they committed. So, if my appeal is successful in the Upper Tribunal, I will then sue the individual managers of New College Swindon who made untrue claims to the DBS, or who supported untrue claims to the DBS under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, s57.
I will update the target budget as I refine the legal options, and will also keep this page updated on progress.
