Hello everyone. My name is Nyla Ford. I am a wife and mom of two girls. I lead a nonprofit that elevated women and I am a student at Temple University. I am scheduled to graduate May 2023 but I just found out that I am unable to submit a graduation application until I pay the final bill.

A little background. I used to qualify for state grants that would cover the balance but because of a technicality I lost them. My Grandmom passed away earlier this year and that as well as caring for a newborn caused me to have to drop to part time instead of full time. Unfortunately that disqualified me from getting the PHEAA grant. (If anyone knows any way around that I would love help with that)

Anyway. I have maxed out my student loans and Pell grants and unfortunately can’t afford to pay this amount on my own. Please help me finish my degree. Any amount helps. I have been waiting for this moment since 2006 when my mom passed. It would mean the world to her for me to be able to graduate. Her and my Grandmom stressed to me how important it is for me to get a degree and it was a dream that my mom never got to fulfill.
