Fight Like Ray Ray Medical Expense Fund

Rachael "Ray Ray" Weir was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in August of 2022 when she was just 4 years old. She has since undergone numerous rounds of intense chemo therapy and completed her first bone marrow transplant in January of 2023. Her latest bone marrow biopsy did not yield the results we had hoped for. She has signs of Leukemia still lingering in her bone marrow and a decision has been made to transfer her to MD Anderson in Houston, TX where she will start on new forms of recent study drugs (menin inhibitors). Rachael and her parents will be flying out to Houston on 2/23/2024 for her first appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Institute where she will be admitted for at least a month stay or more inpatient. The family currently resides in Rogersville, Alabama with Rachael and her three other siblings. A gofundme account is being created to help with the additional medical, lodging, and travel expenses that will be incurred by the family traveling back and forth betwen Texas and Alabama during Ray Ray's cancer treatment.
