After days of Fleet being sick, we came to CHKD for what we suspected to be appendicitis. Around midnight on April 11, we found out it was not, but that it was Leukemia. Our sweet 3-year-old baby boy has cancer. We've been trying to wrap our minds around his diagnosis & while we are moving forward with treatment, processing and grieving the life we expected to have, it will take a very long time. Fleet's fight has just begun and although it will be a long and hard one, we have faith that God has already seen it through. With a journey such as this, it seems impossible to consider finances. However, life is demanding. We have made this fundraiser in hopes of bringing financial relief to medical expenses and to our new way of life. If you can not financially contribute we ask for your prayers. Prayers for peace, wisdom for the medical team, and complete healing for Fleet. We know God has already seen this journey through to the end, but now, we must get there.
