Our best friend Beth is a true fighter and a light in our community. Several years ago, she beat the odds after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, when doctors gave her only a 1% chance of survival. She fought with courage, grace, and faith—and she won.

Today, Beth is facing another unimaginable battle.

Just a few weeks ago, she was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (WHO Grade IV), an aggressive and rare form of brain cancer. She is currently undergoing intensive treatment that includes chemotherapy and radiation. Under doctors’ orders, Beth is unable to work, drive, or carry out many daily tasks during this time.

Beth has exhausted all of her FMLA and paid leave, leaving her without income while medical bills continue to rise. Along with everyday expenses—electric, water, housing, and necessities—she is now facing mounting co-pays, medical costs, treatment-related expenses, and strict dietary needs required to support her health during treatment.

If you know Beth, you know she has spent her life giving to others.

She is well known throughout the community for her work with the Humane Society, Relay for Life, and her passion for the pageant world, where she has uplifted and inspired so many. Beth also has a special gift for creating the most beautiful, handmade cards—each one thoughtfully designed just for the person receiving it. She is a proud dog mom to two rescue pups, Morgan and Madison, who are her constant companions and source of comfort.

Beth has always shown up for others with kindness, service, and love. Now, she needs us to show up for her.
