Fight Like a Kid - Granger's Benefit

Last month one of our 309 brothers, Ben Roustio (309 Service Truck Wireman at GECO) came to us with some terrible news. Ben’s 4 year old daughter Granger was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in her spinal cavity on September 8th, 2021.

Fast forward, Granger has since had 2 surgeries for a total of 30 hours to remove 80% of the tumor. After her surgery, she spent 35 days in Children’s Hospital learning how to walk and regain her basic motor skills.

 

Granger came home on 11/4/2021 and is doing amazing with her recovery! She went back to school on 11/15/21 and is going as much as she can. 

 

The emotional and financial blow this family is currently enduring is life changing.

 

The Guarantee team in Granite City is putting on a benefit to raise money to help ease the financial blow as much as possible.
