Hello, my name is Etido Kretschmer and I am the founder of Atim Ekanem Foundation an organization dedicated to creating awareness and support for people living with kidney disease.

Kidney disease is a silent and life threatening condition that affects millions of individuals and families. Many people only discover they are ill when the disease has already reached a critical stage, leaving them dependent on costly treatments like dialysis or in need of a kidney transplant. I am raising funds because too many lives are being lost simply due to lack of awareness, early detection, and access to proper care.

This cause is deeply important to me because I have seen firsthand how kidney disease devastates families emotionally, physically, and financially. I also lost my mother to kidney disease. No one should have to choose between survival and affordability.

The funds raised will be used to support kidney health awareness programs, free or subsidized medical screenings, dialysis assistance for patients in need, and educational outreach to help communities recognize early warning signs and seek timely treatment. Every contribution will directly help save lives and give hope to those battling kidney disease.
