We are living in perilous times. Our civil liberties are in grave danger.
While family courts reap great monetary benefits, the parents are left penniless, children are ripped from good parents and child abuse is covered up. According to Fox News:
It’s a $50 billion a year industry, with more funds flooding in to family courts in the United States than all other court systems combined.1
Many attorneys churn their bill and keep divorce and custody cases going for years in order to turn a profit. They make deals with opposing attorneys to keep the parents in litigation. We believe that the truth and justice is the only way to go. We resolve to fairly represent all clients ending the cycle of unnecessary litigation and abuse.

Immigration has serious issues to resolve
Our immigration system needs to be reformed now! Millions of future to be Americans have no recourse and clear feasible way to become citizens. Many of these immigrants become marginalized and have no way to overcome barriers.

Why crowdfund?
Our justice system is in great need of reform. Our clients spend every last dollar they have to get transcripts and legal representation either to prove their innocence or to fight for their children that have been rendered voiceless by our system.
We work tirelessly to be able to provide for our clients. But we can’t do it alone….

Any contribution you make will go to help protect our most vulnerable cases in need. We need $500,000* to hire at least three attorneys to be able help so many who can't afford legal counsel and to cover the expenses for like travel, transcript, medical coverage, therapy, etc.
