Wayne was more than a husband, he was an amazing father, grandfather and long time foster carer.
Married for 43 years, Wayne and Barbara ran their family business whilst also raising their family and caring for many children in need as foster carers.
Being a foster carer is a job that requires many skills. As a team Wayne and Barb fostered many children over the years and still have care of three children aged nine to seventeen who knew him as Dad. Wayne and Barbara have also raised three strong and successful adult biological children.
It is now that we ask the community to give back to a family that has given so much. To support the family to get through this battle and to help fight for Wayne and his family that has been left devastated. Unfortunately Waynes death was unexpected and no life insurance was place, leaving Barb and his foster family in a hard financial state.
Wayne had a soul that beamed happiness and pride all the time. You could see it in his eyes when he was surrounded by his family.
Funds will be used to help his widow and young children to take time to grieve before they face the financial strain this has been put on the family.
