Dear Donors, Potential Donors, Patriots, and Concerned Citizens,

The endeavor to uncover the conspiracy that defrauded the Filipino people during the 2022 national elections and to hold those responsible accountable is ongoing and has now moved to a new stage – the Congress.

In their unwavering pursuit of truth, transparency, and the right to information for citizens, Ret. Brig. Gen. Eliseo Rio, Gus Lagman, Franklin Ysaac, and Ret. Col. Leonardo Odoño, collectively known as "TNTrioO," has turned to Congress. They have filed two separate petitions, urging the House of Representatives and the Senate to conduct investigations and public hearings.

One petition is directed towards Senators Koko Pimentel (Senate Minority Leader) and Risa Hontiveros (Leader of the Opposition), urging the Senate to investigate documented election irregularities, including the use of a non-VCM device with the private IP address 192.168.0.2 to transmit false election results to the COMELEC Transparency Server.

The other petition is addressed to Representative Florida Robes, Chair of the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, requesting an investigation into the potentially impeachable conduct of COMELEC Chair George Garcia and other commissioners. They are accused of withholding vital information needed to confirm the highly unlikely and statistically improbable electoral results observed during the initial two hours of vote counting.

Both petitions, https://bit.ly/Petition2House and https://bit.ly/Petition2Senate were officially submitted on September 5, 2023.

The TNTrioO is seeking donations to cover the legal fees of Atty. Agabin, who provided legal services for the preparation of the two petitions. The total amount required is P 144,000 or $2,500 USD.

Additionally, Ret. Col. Odoño will be filing a formal complaint with the Ombudsman against Chairman Garcia and others for election law violations and related offenses. He, too, is in need of financial assistance.
