Fight for Stew
Stewart Curran, longtime lacrosse coach is now in the toughest competition of his life. Stew suffered a seizure in October 2020. He was diagnosed with a primary brain tumor, Glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is a rare cancer that is very aggressive. Stew has approached his treatment as he has every game he coached. He is determined to win.
His treatment at Dana Farber has been physically and mentally demanding for Stew and those around him. Medical insurance doesn’t come close to covering all the associated costs for such a diagnosis, including being out of work. Clinical trials often have additional costs. At home care adds to those. Stew has always given his best to the hundreds of young men he coached in the countless programs he was involved in. Please help him in his fight.
Donations will be used to help with Stew’s associated healthcare and living expenses.
Thank You So Much,
Friends of Stew
