The very frist thing I can say about Sonia is that she is a fighter. This is going to be the third time she fights and wins against cancer. She has faced both previous fights with strength, dignity, and good humor. Through it all she has been a cheerful friend, a loving mother, and a tireless worker and provider for her kids.

Throughout her fight with cancer, Sonia has never wavered in her bravery and love for others. She has faced the difficulty every single day with grace and strength. The smile on her face has remained constant and always friendly.

Her devotion and love for her friends is only surpassed by her love for her family. Her children Alvaro and Andrew is heartwarming and the bond between her children and her is a strong one.

Sonia is someone I'm proud to call a friend and someone who we want to help fight this hard fight.
